Description
This magnificent skeletonized chronograph is dedicated to the memory of Nicholas II, recalling the glamorous era and extravagant lifestyle of the last Russian Tsar of the Romanov dynasty, who was recognized as a saint in the Russian Orthodox Church. Therefore, this model proudly adorns the crown at the 12 o'clock position, complemented by a small blue sapphire-like stone, symbolizing the elegance and majesty of this watch.
Beneath the sapphire crystal is a modern skeletonized dial that beautifully reveals the watch’s inner workings, highlighting the balance and mainspring through small openings at 5 and 11 o’clock. The dial is designed in two-tone combinations: silver-white, rose-gold-white and champagne-white. Roman numerals add further historical significance to the dial. Blued hands create a visual connection to the crown stone.
The watch case has a finely brushed finish on the sides, while the bezel and case back are polished. This contrast creates a striking visual effect and a harmonious connection of opposites. The front is equipped with a curved sapphire crystal, while the back is transparent, allowing a view of the hand-wound skeletonized chronograph with delicate engraving.
