Description
The first limited edition watch, "Los Craneos", was dedicated to the famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. And now its successor is here! The skulls remain, but this time they emphasize the happy and colorful side of Frida Kahlo's art.
This time, the skulls are covered with colored varnish, which gives them a much more emotional, lively and peaceful look. The varnish colors in each part have been carefully selected to better convey artistic emotions. In the production of the dials, transparent varnish is mainly used, which gives greater depth to the colors. The backs of the skulls are highlighted with a matte finish, which is manually applied by the engraver using a special stylus. After this treatment, the sectors are artificially processed in a typical Mexican tradition, inspired by ancient Aztec patterns. For better readability of the time, the individual sectors and their elements are arranged so that they can be divided into hours. Finally, the "Alexander Shorokhoff manufactory" creates works of art that represent high-quality mechanical watches.

Unlike the first model in this series, the background colors of the dial are not as radical as those of its popular black predecessor. Now the dial shines in a noble champagne color or a pure metallic gray tone. The 62 striking metal rivets are now covered in yellow gold.
The case for the two automatic movements is made of stainless steel, just like the previous model. The movements are hand-engraved and refined. They can be seen through the glass windows on the case back. In summary, the new version of this watch is more pleasant, more creative and more emotional – completely in line with the art of Frida Kahlo.
