Description
The “Levels” watch gets its name from the different levels of the dial. One level represents your home time, while the next level shows you the local time of your current location. The third level features the “Alexander Shorokhoff” logo, and the fourth level displays a limited edition of the watch. All levels have different heights.
The most important and highest level is located above the calendar window. There, on a raised “bridge”, a magnifying glass is creatively and innovatively placed, increasing the visibility of the relatively small date display in the improved ETA cal. 2671 movement. In this arrangement, the magnifying glass resembles a monocle and highlights the creativity of Alexander Shorokhov, who thereby deviates from the custom of embedding the magnifying glass directly into the sapphire front glass.
The entire structure of the “skyscraper” covered in rose gold is built on a guilloche “base” in petrol blue or silver, creating contrast and harmony at the same time. The colors were chosen perfectly. However, it would have been too simple and unimaginable for an avant-garde artist to leave it at that. Alexander Shorokhov was looking for something extraordinary that would give the watch an incomparable character. By applying a colored stripe of indefinite shape, the artist managed to maintain a perfect arrangement and at the same time breathe the unmistakable “Alexander Shorokhoff-design” into the watch.
Among other unique watches from the "Alexander Shorokhoff" brand, this model belongs to the special "Art on the Wrist" philosophy and is produced in a limited edition of only 99 pieces per dial.
