Description
The happiest dance of the second!
At first glance, the dial of the Happy Second appears to be simply black. However, at a certain angle, serrated lines are revealed, creating a fascinating play of rectangles and bringing the dial to life. This hidden but ever-present feature surprises and creates an emotional connection.
To make the watch even more emotional, the chronograph hour hand at 6 o'clock is designed in avant-garde colors. When you press the start/stop button at 2 o'clock, the watch comes to life and the multi-colored seconds hand begins its joyful dance to the rhythm of 60 seconds.
The case of this model has been completely redesigned. With a diameter of 42 mm and a height of only 12.40 mm, it is exceptionally thin for a chronograph powered by the ETA 2894 caliber. The round shape of the case and buttons gives the watch an elegant and modern look.
The front glass has also undergone an innovation. Unlike the usual convex sapphire crystals, this model has a cylindrical crystal, which provides an interesting contrast to the flat appearance of the watch. This interplay of elements creates an elegant look with thoughtful color accents, while the watch fits perfectly on any wrist.
At the heart of the watch is the sought-after ETA 2894 chronograph, just 6.10 mm high. It offers a stopwatch function with a central seconds hand, a decentralized minute hand at 9 o'clock and an hour hand at 6 o'clock. The rotor is, as with all Alexander Shorokhoff watches, hand-engraved and refined.
