Description
Alexander Shorokhoff once again impressed with his innovative design in the form of a full calendar.
The new model, called "Merkur", is a special watch that, in addition to displaying the current time, also shows the date, day of the week and month. Unlike a simple date display that only displays the current date, a full calendar provides a more comprehensive date function. A watch with a full calendar is therefore a practical choice for those who want to have all the important information about the date at a glance.
The name “Merkur” was inspired by the planet Mercury. With its cratered surface structure reminiscent of the Moon, it seamlessly integrates into the design concept of the new model.

The day is displayed via a central date hand with an orange tip, while the day of the week and month are displayed at the 12 o'clock position. In addition, the "Merkur" offers an additional function that displays the current moon phase at the 6 o'clock position. It shows how the moon appears in the sky and in which phase it is. This function is designed to display the moon as a small disk that slowly moves over the course of the month, showing the different phases of the moon, such as full, crescent, new and waning.
During a full moon, an orange "ball" appears exactly in the center of the hole, opposite the 29.5-day mark, which is the time it takes the Moon to orbit the Earth and go through all its phases.
