Description
To be at home in the world of art.
The model was created not only in close collaboration with Florian Bach, but also with Alexander Shorokhoff's daughter Inga Duffy-Shorokhoff, who played a significant role in the design of the watch. For Inga, it was the first opportunity to freely develop her creativity and will undoubtedly arouse interest among watch lovers. For this reason alone, this creative watch will go down in the history of Alexander Shorokhoff's production as another milestone.
The historical background and inspiration for this model draws from the architectural works of Hundertwasser. Hundertwasser was an Austrian artist and architect known for his unique, vibrant works and preference for organic shapes. He advocated environmental protection and individualism, while creating distinctive buildings and works of art around the world. Florian Bach grew up with the artist and was deeply influenced by him.

He has felt a special connection to this artist since childhood. The “Home” model precisely embodies this slightly eccentric and artistic motif of architecture, all in the style of Alexander Shorokhoff. The colorful geometric shapes were realized very individually, yet harmoniously, like “home” applications.
Surrounded by black, wave-like guilloche patterns on the top and black, tile-like guilloche patterns on the bottom of the dial, the focus is entirely on the colorful houses that are the centerpiece of the dial. These houses have been meticulously crafted using cold enamel and mother-of-pearl inlays. A small blue star at 10 o’clock and an arrow at 1 o’clock evoke the starry sky above the “roofs” of Home. The hour and minute hands are color-coordinated with the other hour markers, and the seconds hand shines in a vibrant light blue. The rectangular stainless steel case, coated in black PVD and with side cutouts in orange, blue and yellow enamel, embodies modernity and complements the creative design of the dial.
