Description
Alexander Shorokhoff had been wanting to expand his collection with a watch with a water resistance of 10 ATM for a long time. During many discussions, it became clear that the new model should be solid, well-protected and unbreakable, with a water resistance of at least 10 ATM. Nevertheless, it should be emotional, avant-garde and artistic, in order to remain true to the brand's philosophy.
This idea led to a special case design with a lattice and a closed back cover, on which a pair of turtles are artistically placed. The case consists of six parts – an upper bezel with sapphire crystal, an inner rotating bezel, a middle case and two caps. In addition, there is a lattice, which is constructed from six separate stainless steel rods bent at an angle of 90° and 12 fixing screws. The upper bezel is pressed into the body and the back covers are screwed on. To further protect the sapphire crystal case, stainless steel rods are also screwed on. They pass through the upper bezel, are anchored in the middle case and fixed from below with screws.

The case has two crowns. One is located at 2 o'clock for the internal rotating bezel, which is used to set the minutes when diving, and the other is located at 4 o'clock to set the time. Both crowns are marked to avoid confusion. These positions have been chosen to be well protected from external impacts due to their proximity to the case legs. The crowns also have double seals to ensure sufficient protection against water pressure. The 10 ATM water resistance means that the watch can withstand a pressure of 10 bar, which corresponds to a water column of 100 meters.
The dials of the new model are available in two different versions of mother-of-pearl – light and dark. With their shine, they represent the depths of the sea in all its shades. In the lower circle there is a globe with markings of the cardinal points. The luminescent hands have been designed and manufactured in a large format so that they are always visible through the grid.
