The shape that changes the rules: Beaubleu Ecce Figura
From the Parisian atelier Maison Beaubleu comes a brand new collection that redefines the way we look at time – Ecce Figura . This model line is a tribute to design that combines subtle extravagance with architectural precision, while celebrating freedom – the distinctive philosophy of the Beaubleu brand.
The first square shape from Beaubleu
The Figura collection represents the brand's first shaped case. Instead of the classic circle, it surprises us with an elegant, semi-octagonal shape that retains everything we love about Beaubleu - perfect symmetry, play with light and an emphasis on form. The combination of polished and brushed surfaces gives the watch a dynamic character and style that is eye-catching but not loud.
Two families of dials
The figure is divided into two main series. Series No. 1 , inspired by art letterpress and bookbinding, offers dials that seem to write time instead of measuring it. The surfaces of these models play with light – from delicate embossing to traces of ink. You will find models such as Lys , Alba , Onyx and Smalt .
In contrast, the Series No. 2 feels like a monolith – a clean, sculpted shape without unnecessary markings. Watches like the Vesperal and Sienna are about mass, reflections and a simplicity that has power.
Technology that doesn't disappoint
Each Figura model features an automatic Japanese Miyota 9015 movement, sapphire crystal, and a surgical steel case. Measuring 39 x 30 mm and just 8.6 mm thick, this watch is subtle and timeless. The caseback is ready for engraving – because just like time, watches can tell a personal story.
Beaubleu: A brand that perceives time differently
Since its inception in 2017, Beaubleu has taught us that time doesn’t have to be just a function – it can be an experience. Nicolas Ducoudert, the brand’s founder, says:
"We all perceive time differently – depending on the person, the place, the mood. It is this perception that inspires us to create watches that are more than just design objects. They are emotions."
